• We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are in production.

3. Shipping & Returns

• A flat-rate shipping fee of $4.50 applies to orders under $50. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping within the U.S.
• Custom-printed items may take up to 4 days for production, with shipping times of 2-5 business days.
• Due to the nature of custom printing, all sales are final unless an item is defective or incorrect upon arrival.

4. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on WORN [OPINIONS] are owned by us and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• WORN [OPINIONS] is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.

6. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Pennsylvania.
